How do I place an order?

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Buy Now’.
Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping charges are the costs undertaken by Angshuk and our logistics partners to bring your ordered item to your doorstep. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of the product(s) in your order.

We deliver the order to all over the world and we use china post registered air mail, EMS, ePacket, DHL to deliver. The delivery cost can be between 3-15 USD depending on your location and weight of the products.

In Bangladesh, our delivery partner in Dhaka is Sundorbon. We charge 120 BDT as delivery charge inside Dhaka.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time varies depending on country and courier service.

In Bangladesh, standard delivery time is 20-27 Days. And it may take 28-45 days for other countries in the world.

A shipment may only be delayed because of the customs inspection or if there is any misplacement or any sort of mistake by our shipment handlers and they are fully liable for the delay. Therefore, once noticed the delay immediately seek our assistance.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Both login customer and guest customer need to put their email account in order to submit order to us. As soon as customer submit their order, they will get a confirmation email to their email account.

In the confirmation email, the customer will see the receipt as well as product information and shipping time.

If I want to check a product before buying how is that possible?

We work with thousands of different brands & merchants and we don’t store inventory. Working this way helps us keep prices low, and it means we can offer fresh products every day. Checking a product prior to purchase won’t be possible.

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

A customer can add gift receipt to an order. In order to do that, customer needs to put his/her additional requirement to the “Order Notes”. We will surely fulfill the special requirements of our customers.

How long do I have to wait to return an order?

We have a purchasing team to check the product quality. We only deliver the item after checking the product and its quality.

But if a customer finds a product not same as the picture and with the defect, we will surely take a return and give a full or partial refund. It may take 7 days for this process as we need to follow some standard procedure.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We send from the actual brand or company so you will get the exact product that shows in the picture. If you found the product is not the same as the picture then can apply for the return/refund. Our customer care will contact you very shortly.
